Who We Are
Wimmer Financial is an international merchant bank specialising in real estate financing for value-add and ground-up developments across the UK, EU, and selectively North America with a focus on development debt and equity financing, as well as Series-C or later-stage private equity across other sectors like aerospace, tech, fintech, consumer, mining, green energy and other non-real estate areas.
Founded by Per Wimmer, the firm is guided by principles of integrity and innovation, underpinned by a multidisciplinary team and a network of family offices and institutional investors.
Within real estate, our focus is on financing for a range of sectors including residential (BTR/BTS), senior living, care homes, affordable housing, co-living, student accommodation, offices, retail, hospitality, leisure, data centers, logistics, storage, and mixed-use developments.
Our private equity programme focuses on Series C and later-stage investments in sectors like aerospace, tech, fintech, consumer, mining, green energy and other non-real estate areas.
In collaboration with Wimmer Family Office, the firm leverages established relationships within the family office and private capital sectors to source appropriate capital.
